    32、otectionsystem,allmaterialsshallbestoredinthe standardlaboratoryclimate(see5.1)foratleast24h.Therepairgrout,mortarorconcreteand/orthesurface protectionsystemshallbepreparedandappliedtotheconcretetestspecimensinaccordancewithmanufacturers instructionsatthestandardlaboratoryclimate(see5.1)orsuchaltern

    33、ativeenvironmentsasmaybespecifiedfor theintendeduse. Afterapplicationofthematerialundertest,thesamplesshallbecuredinaccordancewiththerequirementsof annexA. 7Procedure Aftercompletingthepreparation,twoofthetestspecimensshallbetakenfortest.Aspecimenshallbepositioned inthethundershowercabinet(see5.6),w

    34、iththetestsurfaceuppermostandpositionedwithaslightslopeofthe surface(approx.3degreestothehorizontal)sothatthewatercanflowoffrapidly.The6htestcycleshownin Figure1shallthenstart,comprisingthefollowingstages: storageunderradiantheatat(605)Cfor5hand45min. dousingwithwateratatemperatureof(123)Cfor15min.

ThecompletesixhourcycleshallberepeatedforthenumbercyclesspecifiedinprEN15042orprEN15043.The referencespecimenshallbestoredinthestandardlaboratoryclimate. 8 Evaluationofresults Aftereverytencycles,thespec

    37、imensshallbevisuallyinspected: forscalingand/orcrackingifaPC,PCCorCCproductistested; forsurfacealterations(cracks,peeling,blistering,delamination,bubblingorothersurfacedefects)ifasurface protectionsystemistested. Cracks0,05mmandanyobservedsurfacealterationsshallbereported.Thefinalvisualinspectionsho

    38、uldbe performedatleast16haftertheendofthecycling.
