    32、omprisingasupportframeandflatjackarrangementcapableofmaintainingthe creepload(see 3.1)alongthelongitudinalaxisofthecompressivecreeptestspecimens(see 5.5)foratleast 26weeksandbecapableofapplyingaloadatarateofbetween200N/sand1000N/s.Theverticalpillars connectingtheplatensoftherig(see5.2)shallhaveastif

    33、fness(axialload/axialdeflection)ofnotlessthan 250kN/mm.Theyincorporateameansofadjustmenttoprovideaparallelismtolerancebetweentheupperand lowerplatenof0,06mm. NOTE Asuitablehydrauliccompressivecreeprigcapableoftestingtwotestspecimenssimultaneouslyisillustratedin Figure2 .Theincorporationofagas/oilacc

    34、umulatorinthehydraulicsystemservestoextendthetimebetweenoccasionswhen itwillbenecessarytopumpoilinordertomaintaintheconstantvaluesforthedurationofthetest.Thecompressiveloadan d hencethecompressivestressappliedtothetestspecimenscanthenbemonitoredbyaloadcellconformingtoISO376 insertedbetweentheupperte

    35、stspecimensandtheupperplatenoftherig. 5.2 Loadplatens incontactwiththespecimens(see 5.5)shallhaveastiffness(axialload/centraldeflection)of notlessthan2500kN/mmtoavoidexcessivedeformationduringloadings.Theflatnesstolerancefortheareaof theplatenincontactwiththeloadcellshallconformtoEN123901 . 5.3 Spac

    36、ingblocks usedbetweenthetestspecimenandtheflatjack(see 5.1)toreducethetestspaceandto compensateforanybowdevelopedinthefacesoftheflatjackwhenunderpressure.Thespacingblocksareeither circularorsquareinsection,toenablethetestspecimenstobecorrectlycentredandsupportthemoverthewhole areaoftheirends.Theprop

    41、gto EN123901. 6.2 Castingoftestspecimens Thecomponentsoftheproductundertestshallbemaintainedatthestandardlaboratoryclimate(see 5.7)forat least24hoursbeforemixing.Therepairproductorsystemshallbemixedinaccordancewiththemanufacturers recommendationsandthencompactedinthemouldstoformthecompressivecreepte

    42、stspecimens.The specimensshallthenbecuredinaccordancewithannexAuntilreadyfortesting. NOTE Forpreference,asupplierscompletepackofpreweightedcomponentsshouldbeused,butwherethisisnot practicabletheproportioningofthecomponentsshouldbestrictlyinaccordancewiththemanufacturersrecommended procedure. 6.3Cond

    43、itioning Oncompletionofcuring,thespecimensshallbeconditionedforatleast24hoursinthestandardlaboratoryclimate (see 5.7).Forthetotalperiodoftest,thetestspecimensandallpartsofthetestequipmentinclosecontactwith them,ifnottheentiretestequipment(see 5.1to 5.4),shallbemaintainedunderthestandardlaboratorycon
