Theassessmentoftheriskoftheappearanceofcorrosiondamageisnotdetailedinthisstandard.Standards dealingwithprotectivesystemsofspecificburiedmetallicstructuresaretobeusedincombinationwiththe corrosionloadinsoil.SomeguidanceisgiveninTable2.     35、mplexityandoperationalconditions.Moreover,forexistingstructures,corrosionproducts havetobeconsideredasapartofthecorrosionsystem. Whenconsideringthecorrosionofaburiedstructure,theimpairmentofitsfunctionsshouldbetakenintoaccount inrelationtotheexpectedtypeofcorrosion.Themaintypesofcorrosiontobeconside
