The stand

    5、ard lists the ratings, characteristics and inspection requirements which shall be included as mandatory requirements in accordance with BSEN116200 in any detail specification for these devices. The Technical Committee has reviewed the provisions of IEC68-2-47, to which normative reference is made in

    6、 the text, and has decided that they are acceptable for use in conjunction with this standard.     20、ic components of assessed quality. The object of the System is to facilitate international trade by the harmonization of the specifications and quality assessment procedures for electronic components, and by the grant of an internationally recognized Mark, or Certificate, of Conformity. The componen

    21、ts produced under the System are thereby acceptable in all member countries without further testing. This specification was prepared by CECC WG16 “Relays”. The text of the draft based on document CECC (Secretariat)3094 was submitted to the formal vote; together with the voting report, circulated as

    22、document CECC(Secretariat)3241, it was approved by CECC as EN116204 on25 October1992.     29、and minimum content of detail specifications. In the preparation of detail specifications the content of EN116000-1:1992 shall be taken into account.     30、ntification of the detail specification Identification of the relay 1 The name of the National Standards Organization under whose authority the detail specification is published and, if applicable, the organization from whom the detail specification is available. 2 The CECC symbol and the number all

    31、otted to the completed detail specification by the CECC General Secretariat. 3 The number and year of availability of the EN generic and/or sectional specification as relevant; also national reference if different. 4 If different from the CECC number, the national number of the detail specification,

For5 and6 the text to be given in the detail specification should be suita

    42、th their respective finish shall be stated together with the identifying code number. This information may be presented in a table. Details and drawings with dimensions shall be included in an annex. 2.6 Mounting The mounting variants and the respective code letters shall be specified. Details and d

    43、rawings shall be included in Annex1. 2.7 Environmental data The relays shall withstand at least the following environmental stresses: 3 Qualification approval procedures as stated in CECC00114-II1.4(1) “fixed sample”; sampling and test schedule are specified in Table 5; the tests specified and their

    44、 order are mandatory. 4 Quality conformance inspection Quality conformance inspection contains the tests stated in Table 4: Group A and B tests for inspection lots acceptance; Group C periodic tests. Unless otherwise stated (if applicable) in this blank detail specification, all tests of Table 4 are

    45、 mandatory. Where a sub-group contains cumulative tests, the order of the tests is mandatory. Samples subjected to tests denoted as destructive (D) shall not be released for delivery. 4.1 Formation of inspection lots According to CECC00114-I3.1. 4.2 Intervals between group C tests The tests of group

    46、 C shall be performed in the intervals specified in Table 4. 5 Marking of relay and package The relay and the package shall be marked with the information given in5.1 and5.2 as a minimum. 5.1 Marking of the relay 1) Manufacturers name or trade mark; 2) Relay type and variants code as defined in2.2 a

    47、nd in the detail specification; 3) Year and week of manufacture coded according to IEC62; 4) CECC mark of conformity; 5) Factory identification code; 6) Wiring diagram or identification of terminals. 5.2 Marking of package 1) Manufacturers name or trade mark; 2) Relay type and variants code as defin

    49、xample: 7 Tests 7.1 Standard conditions for testing Unless otherwise specified all tests shall be performed according to clause5.5 of EN116000-1:1992. 7.2 Mounting of test items during test The following requirements shall apply for mechanical tests e.g.shock, vibration, acceleration, bump: the relay shall be mounted by its normal mounting methods to the test fixture where inherent resonances have been minimized so as not to invalidate the test (see IEC6
