9、: Part 82 : 1997 Foreword This Part of BS 5502 has been prepared by Technical Committee B/549. It is a revision and supersedes BS 5502 : Part 82 : 1990 which is withdrawn. BS 5502 has been restructured into the following broad subject areas: Part 0 Introduction and consolidated index Parts 10 to 19

10、Reference information and legislation Parts 20 to 39 General design Parts 40 to 59 Livestock buildings Parts 60 to 79 Crop buildings Parts 80 to 99 Ancillary buildings More specifically, the ancillary buildings series will comprise: Part 80 Code of practice for design and construction of workshops,

11、maintenance and inspection facilities Part 81 Code of practice for design and construction of chemical stores Part 82 Code of practice for design of amenity buildings A more detailed description of the new structure of BS 5502 is given in Part 0. The object of the new structure is to allow subject a

12、reas to be broadly characterized and related subject matter, whether in the form of recommendations, guidance or supporting data, to be rationalized and brought together. It will also allow sufficient flexibility to enable BS 5502 to be expanded and developed in a logical way in the future. It has b

As a code of practice, this British Standard takes the form of guidance and recommendations. It should no

Compliance with a British Standard does not of itself confer immunity from legal obligations. BSI 1997 1 BS 5502 : Part 82 : 1997 Code of practice 1 Scope This Part o

15、f BS 5502 gives recommendations for the design of amenity buildings used in agriculture. NOTE. These normative references are made at the appropriate places in the text and the cited publications are listed on

17、the inside back cover. For dated references, only the edition cited applies; any subsequent amendments to or revisions of the cited publication apply to this Part of BS 5502 only when incorporated in the reference by amendment or revision. For undated references, the latest edition of the publicatio
