Scope1.1 This specification defines the requirements for trainingand the development of training manuals for the unmannedai

    3、rcraft systems (UAS) operator.1.2 The specification addresses the requirements or bestpractices, or both, for documentation and organization of aprofessional operator (that is, for compensation and hire) forthe purposes of internal training programs and for programsoffered to the general public.1.3

    4、This specification supports professional entities that willreceive operator certification by a CAA, and provide standardsof practice for self- or third-party audit of operators of UAS.1.4 The standard case study used to develop this specifica-tion focused on operators of light UAS (below 1320 lb/600

    5、 kgas defined by EASA), but the specification may be applied tolarger aircraft for using other methods of classification (that is,risk based classes and pilot privileges classes).1.5 Training manuals that do not include all the minimumrequirements of this specification may not be referred to asmeeti

    6、ng this specification.1.6 This standard does not purport to address all of thesafety concerns, if any, associated with its use. It is theresponsibility of the user of this standard to establish appro-priate safety, health, and environmental practices and deter-mine the applicability of regulatory li

Components required forthe safe operation of the UAS may not be identified as optional(O) in the training manual. All other items are consideredmandatory for inclusion. However, if an applicant wishes toexclude a mandato

Content6.1 TitleThe training manual cover shall provide thefollowing information (decorative covers are allowed if thisinformation is provided on t

    21、he cover).6.1.1 Publication number,6.1.2 The words Training Manual, and6.1.3 Date (show the date of issue).6.2 Record of Manual Revisions (Tabular Format):6.2.1 This section shall provide a form on which theoperator can note all updates and changes to the TM.6.2.2 The following statement: “This docu

    22、ment was devel-oped following the process, content, and structure defined inASTM Specification F3330.”6.3 (O) Table of ContentsThis section should provide themajor headings, paragraphs, and page numbers to assist theoperator in finding information in the TM.6.4 (O) IntroductionThis section should pr

    23、ovide the fol-lowing information:6.4.1 A list of the standards and authority having jurisdic-tion over the operator, and reference compliance with thisspecification, and6.4.2 The name and contact information of the operator.6.5 Organization and AccountabilityThis section shouldprovide the following

    31、bus.6.9 (O) Tests and ChecksThis section should includedetailed information on the knowledge and practical skills foreach individual training program conducted by the operator.Examples include internally generated assessment forms, testquestion banks, and CAA-required forms.     32、hall be consistent with the data developed in accordancewith Practice F3178, Practice F2909, and Guide F3266.6.10 RecordkeepingThis section shall provide detailedinformation on the following topics:6.10.1 Attendance records;6.10.2 Student training records;6.10.3 Standardization of entries; and6.10.4

    33、 Procedures for records audits.6.11 (O) Safety Management Systems (SMS)This sectionshould provide the following information:6.11.1 Technical content required by Practice F3178 andGuide F3266.6.12 Quality AssuranceThis section shall provide detailedinformation on the following topics:6.12.1 Formalize

    34、d review of:6.12.1.1 training services and processes;6.12.1.2 assessment and testing methods;6.12.1.3 personnel qualifications and training;6.12.1.4 training devices and equipment qualification,calibration, and functionality, as applicable;6.12.1.5 conduct of internal and external audits;6.12.2 Proc
