    25、s shall be manufactured from material having a chemicalcomposition conforming to the requirements in Table 1, except as provided in Supplementary Requirement S5, and capable ofdeveloping the required mechanical properties for the specified alloy in the finished fastener. See Specification B574 for n

    26、ickelalloys.4.1.2 The starting condition of the raw material shall be at the discretion of the fastener manufacturer except as provided inSupplementary Requirement S5, but shall be such that the finished products conform to all of the specified requirements.4.2 Manufacture:4.2.1 FormingUnless otherw
