1、Designation: D 3543 93 (Reapproved 2002)Standard Test Method forMetal Glide Adhesion1This standard is issued under the fixed designation D 3543; the number immediately following the designation indicates the year oforiginal adoption or, in the case of revision, the year of last revision. A number in
2、 parentheses indicates the year of last reapproval. Asuperscript epsilon (e) indicates an editorial change since the last revision or reapproval.1. Scope1.1 This test method2covers a laboratory procedure fordetermining damage resulting from metal glide adhesion onfloor surfaces.1.2 The values stated

5、Use3.1 This test method is used to determine the effect ofplasticizers in tile on the floor polish itself. If the floor polishis softened by the plasticizers in the tile it will become anadhesive and adhere to the metal glide that is placed on thepolish under standard weights at standard temperature

Description of Metal Glide Adhesion Apparatus65.1 The test apparatus (Figs. 1-3) consists of three basicparts: a housing frame, a support cover, and nine brass weightsand metal glides
