First, it is generally agreed that direct help is beneficial to both parties. On one hand, i

    4、t offers a unique rewarding feeling to those who give help. Whenever they see the smile on the face of those who are helped, those who offer the help will undoubtedly acquire a sense of fulfillment, which will propel them to engage themselves more enthusiastically in the cause of charity. On the oth

    5、er hand, when others do not actually need any financial support, direct help, as a commonly-accepted form, seems to be indispensable. However, this form is usually only restricted to ones neighbourhood. Second, compared with offering direct help, giving money to national and international organisati

    6、ons has been gaining increasing popularity among the public for its high efficiency and great convenience. There are times when people having the intention to help do not happen to have the time to do so. There are also times when people who offer help prefer to be behind the veil. Fortunately, all

    7、these problems have been solved with the appearance of many national and international charity organisations, which has made it possible to make the best use of the fund to help as many people as possible in the right way and at the best time. Nevertheless, a lack of administration and supervision o

Once falling asleep, we would be free from thinking about the stress any longer and everything recedes to temporary tranquility, so when we wa

    12、ke up, the stress is not that strong anymore. Of course, we are unable to sleep in wherever we are and whenever we want to, rather, we need to find time, that is, when work allows us to do so. Next, lets take a look at some of the positive points of taking long walks. As we know, taking a walk itsel

    13、f is the best form of exercise that can help us keep fit, thus improving our capability to alleviate or eradicate pressure, which in turn makes for our long-term health. Meanwhile, taking long walks provides us with opportunities to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding sceneries and to think over the

Therefore, we are actually doing exercises, feasting our eyes on the sceneries and thinking about things at the same time: all three in one, which means that stress or pressure becomes only a small part of the whole process. In general, my own experience across the years has proved that the above-mentioned two ways are the most effective in terms of relieving and even eradicating stress, so I highly recommend them to you and hope they would produce the same effect on you.
