Weve finalised our plans for the management training day were putting on for Standfords on the seventeenth of next month, so could you take the necessary action, please. The most urgent thing is to contact the venue, thats the Swan Hotel, and get them to provide a

    19、 camcorder as well as the video recorder and TV weve already booked, as ours isnt working and I dont think we can get it fixed in time. And at the same time, because weve rethought how to run the first workshop, we wont be needing the OHPs after all, so you might as well cancel those. Oh, and when y

Commitment outweighs paper qualifications. The second thing is money. You can read a lot of books about exactly how much capital you

    48、need to get you through the first couple of years, and so on, but how much that matters depends on which particular kind of business youre going into. The third thing is time. Nothing is more vital than taking time to plan properly. Check out your idea with friends and contacts, look at your local c

    49、ompetitors, study costs and prices. Thats the most useful thing you can do. Woman: I see. Now, a lot of people worry about the dangers of business. Mark: Business is not a safe world: its full of risks. Its always going to be a gamble.
