The moisture in the a

All moist cabinets and moistrooms shall be equipped with a temperature recorder. The useof humidity recording devices is optional. Shelves

In many cases, saturation is below optimumduring periods when specimens are being placed in or removedfrom storage.

22、Measurements of relative humidity should not bemade at such obviously inopportune times.6.1.2 The air temperature inside the moist cabinet or moistroom shall be controlled with provisions made for heating orcooling, or both, as may be necessary. This shall be accom-plished in one of two ways:6.1.2.1

23、 Thermostatically control the air temperature withinthe moist cabinet or moist room when surrounding space is notconditioned. In this case the sensing element for the controlsshall be located inside the moist cabinet or moist room.6.1.2.2 Thermostatically control the space surrounding themoist cabin

Provision for automatic control of water temperatureat 23.0 6 2.0 C shall be made where a tank is located in aroom not having temperature controlled within that range andin any other instance where difficulty in maintaining tempera-tures within the specified range

With theexception of water storage tanks located in a moist room ormoist cabinet, all water storage tanks shall be equipped with atemperature recorder with its sensing element in the storagewater. For the purpose of temperature recording, a group ofwater storage tanks may be consider

Water not saturated with calcium hydrox-ide (high-calciu

A closed system, circulatingthe saturated lime water between or among storage tanks, maybe used.8.
