Grades 2H, 7H, 16H, and 26H areintended primarily for pressure vessel use.The H grades were added in response to a user association requestbased on its study of over 5200 commercial Grad

The purchaser may also be betterserved to specify only the portions of this specification that arerequired to meet the operating conditions (for example,annealing, flattening test, chemistry, properties, etc.).1.3 Optional supplementary requirements are provided forpipe where a gr

Manufacture5.1 Welded pipe shall be made from annealed flat-rolledproducts by a welding process that will yield a product meetingthe requirements of this specification. Filler metal, if used,shall be produced to the latest rev

    28、ision of SpecificationAWS A5.16/A5.16M-2007 employing the ER Ti-X gradelisted in Table 5, unless specified otherwise on the purchaseorder.5.1.1 Welded pipe may be further reduced by cold workingor hot working. Cold reduced pipe shall be annealed after coldworking at a temperature of not less than 10

Hot workedpipe finished above 1400F (760C) need not be further heattreated.5.2 Pipe shall be furnished as follows unless otherwisespecified:5.2.1 Grades 1, 2, 2H, 7, 7H, 11, 13, 14, 16, 16H, 17, 26H,33, 37, and 39 shall be furnished as welded or annealed.5.2.2 Grades 3, 12, 15, and 34 shall be
