If during retesting anadditional quality parameter is observed to be defective, the lotof 50 is subject to rejection for that cause. The

Inspection11.1 Unless otherwise specified in the contract or purchaseorder, the producer is responsible for the performance of allinspection and test requ

Except asotherwise specified in the contract or purchase order, theproducer shall use his own or any other suitable facilities forthe performance of the inspection and test requirements unlessdisapproved by the purchaser at the time the order is placed. The purchaser s

Rejection and Rehearing12.1 Material that fails to conform to the requirements ofthis

40、specification shall be rejected. Rejections shall be reportedto the producer or supplier promptly and in writing. In case ofdissatisfaction with the results of the test, the producer orsupplier may make claim for a rehearing.12.2 The material must be adequately protected and cor-rectly identified in

41、 order that the producer may make a properinvestigation.13. Certification13.1 When specified in the purchase order or contract, aproducers or suppliers certification shall be furnished to thepurchaser that the material was manufactured, sampled, tested, and inspected in accordance with this specifica

Packaging, Marking, and Loading14.1 Marking shall be by a tag securely attached to each coilof wire and shall show the identity of the producer, size o

43、f wire, type of coating, class of coating (if applicable), and ASTMdesignation.14.2 Packaging of the coils of wire shall be by agreementbetween the producer and the purchaser. This agreement mayinclude coil dimensions and weight.14.3 Unless otherwise specified, the packaging, marking, and loading shal
