In exceptional circumstances, however,

    5、the publication of a Technical Report of one of the following types may be proposed: type 1, the subject is still under technical development requiring wider exposure; type 2, a Technical Committee has collected data of a different kind from that which is normally published as a European Standard.     6、echanical Domain decided to publish this document in the form of a Technical Report of type 2 in order to facilitate the updating of this document. Page 4 TR 4815:11-2015 (E) 1 Scope This Technical Report gives recommendations for the assembly of pipe couplings with swivel flanges in heat resisting

    7、steel or nickel alloy, inch series, for aerospace applications. This Technical Report is applicable to a welded junction of in heat resisting steel tubes or nickel alloy tube dimensioned for inch series. The assembly of pipe couplings with loose flanges and seals shown in this Technical Report is us

    8、ed to: a maximum temperature of 225 C or 600 C (the maximum temperature depends on the seal in the assembly); a nominal pressure up to 21 000 kPa (210 bar) (the nominal pressure depends on the seal technology, tube material and wall thickness in the assembly). 2 Normative references The following do

    16、basic assembly, see Figure 2. Flanges shall be assembled by bolts in inserts. Inserts and bolts shall be in accordance with thread size given in Tables 2 to 5. 4 Design configuration The different configuration given in Figure 1 are detailed with the relevant number in Tables 1 to 5.
