    12、l, this standard has received approval for Publication. prEN 4510:2017 (E) 4 Introduction This standard is a co-owned standard and a functional equivalent of SAE MA 2113. Further revisions to this standard shall be coordinated with the SAE committee. prEN 4510:2017 (E) 5 1 Scope This standard specif

    13、ies the characteristics of the pipe coupling adapter, 60 spherical sealing face manufactured in titanium alloy with locking ring, for installing in a boss for aerospace applications. These adapters shall be installed into port connections manufactured in accordance with EN 2602 using ISO 3601-1 seal

    14、ing O-rings selected sizes. O-ring material depends on the system fluid and operation conditions. The installation shall be performed in accordance with EN 2608. Nominal working pressure: up to 28 000 kPa. Temperature range: limited by elastomeric sealing ring, 54 C to +135 C 2 Normative references

The dimensions specified are those required by design to meet installation and system requirements. The dimensions no

    24、 3311 or EN 3314; Alternative: AMS 4928, AMS 4965 or AMS 4967. Heat treatment to 900 MPa, minimum. Locking ring: EN 4315 or EN 4317. Alternative: AMS 5731 or AMS 5734. 3.4 Surface treatment Adapter: Lubrication: according to EN 2491, on all surfaces except in the flow hole; Prior to application of t

    25、he lubricant, the surface shall be abrasive blasted using non-metallic grit; Film thickness: 0,005 mm to 0,013 mm. Alternative: Anodizing according to AMS 2488 type 2.     35、ise specified in the contract or purchase order, the supplier is responsible for carrying out all inspections as required in this standard and qualification tests in accordance with the requirements of EN 9133 and the technical specification. The manufacturers operations shall be an approved product

    36、ion organisation for aerospace products and shall demonstrate that it has implemented and is able to maintain a quality system (e.g. according to EN 9100 or another in aerospace accepted and established quality management system). prEN 4510:2017 (E) 10 5 Designation EXAMPLE NOTE If necessary, the co

    37、de I9005 shall be placed between the description block and the identity marking. 6 Identification marking The adaptors shall be legibly and permanently marked as per EN 2424 style A as indicated in Figure 1 with the following: Manufacturers name; or trademark: or cage code Manufacture identification

    38、 stamp on the locking ring shall be, either on the upper surface or in the groove. The method of marking shall be laser marking or impression stamping. 7 Preparation for delivery 7.1 Packaging All parts shall be delivered individually in suitable bags. Bags and tags shall be marked as per EN 2424 st

    39、yle G. Sealing surfaces shall be protected for shipment. 7.2 Labelling All packages shall be legibly marked with the following: part number and name; trademark and cage code. 8 Technical Specification EN 3079 in combination with ISO 7169. All products supplied to this specification shall be manufact
