SCOPE 1.1 Scope. This specification covers two sizes of electric self-

Broilers covered by this specification shall be of the following sizes as specified (see 6.2): Size 1 - Single section grid Size 2 - Two section grid 2. 2. The broilers shall, as a minimum, be in accordance with the requirements of this specification and shall be the manufacturers standard comercial product vith

    9、 any added features needed to comply with the requirements of this specification. Nodifications to add features shall not incorporate different Darts unless such parts are used on other current comer- cial models. Standard or modified comercial nroducts furnished in accordance with this specificatio

    10、n shall he identifiable by all regular manufacturers or commercial service organizations servicing the brand involved. Service organizations shall be capable of providing complete parts and repair services on models furnished to the government consistent with their normal commercial practices. 3.3 C

    11、odes and standarA. The broilers shall comply with the applicable requirements of NSF Standard No. 4 and UL Standard Xo. 197. 3.3.1 Compliance. Prior to apnroval of the first article, if one is submitted, or prior to commencing production, the suFplier shall submit to the contracting officer or his a

    12、uthorized representative satisfactory evidence that the broilers he proposed to furnish under this specification meet the applicable requirements of NSF and UL as follows: 3.3.1.1 E. Acceptable evidence of meeting the requirements of NSY shall be: (1) A listing in the current edition of the ES? “Lis

    13、ting of Food Service Equipment“ or display of the NSF seal on the finished broiler, or (2) A certification for the broilers Sssued by HTSF under their special one-time contract evaluation/certification service, or (3) A certified test report froin a recognized independent testing laboratory acceptab
