    22、e standard.Note: In this addendum, changes to the current standardare indicated in the text by underlining (for additions) andstrikethrough (for deletions) unless the instructions specifi-cally mention some other means of indicating the changes. 3. DEFINITIONSCommissioning Provider (Cx Provider) Aut

    23、hority (CxA): anentity identified by the owner who leads, plans, schedules,and coordinates the Commissioning Team to implement theCommissioning Process.4.3 Acceptance. The process for each activity and deliver-able shall include an acceptance step as defined in the OPRand Cx Plan. This step shall fo

    24、rmalize the acceptance of thecommissioning deliverable by the owner or client. Under thisstandard, the Cx Provider CxA is not required to acceptdesigners or contractors work on behalf of the owner orjurisdiction.5.1.2 Project Team Selection-Commissioning ProcessProviders. The owner is responsible fo

    25、r selecting qualifiedCx Process professionals. The Cx Provider CxA directs theCx Process and shall be an objective advocate of the owner. . . . 5.2.5 Checklists. The owner shall require, by agreement,the Cx Team including the Cx Provider CxA and design andconstruction service providers to develop, u

    26、tilize, and com-plete Cx procedures and written Cx observation and testingchecklists in accordance with the Cx Plan. . . . 5.2.15 Warranty Period Commissioning. The owner shallrequire, by agreement,a. Cx Provider CxA performance of Cx during the warrantyperiod,b. updating the systems manual based on

    27、 modifications tooperations to meet the OPR, andc. updating the OPR to meet changes in the owners objec-tives and criteria.6.3.1 The OPR shall be reviewed by the Cx Provider CxAand approved by the owner during predesign. Updates to theOPR made during subsequent project activities shall also beformal

    28、ly accepted by the owner.7.2.1 The Cx Provider CxA shall, with input from theowners project team, develop the initial Cx Plan at the initia-tion of the project. The Cx Plan shall be updated andexpanded during design and construction as the projectevolves.8.2.2 The design team shall submit the BoD to

    29、 the ownerand Cx Provider CxA for review at each milestone defined bythe OPR and Cx Plan.8.2.3 The owner and Cx Provider CxA shall evaluate eachBoD submittal for the followinga. Design and design assumptions in agreement with theOPR.b. Requirements for updating of the BoD.c. Requirements for sustain

    30、able design certification whenrequired.d. Consideration of design alternatives at each phase.e. Requirements that systems, assemblies, and equipment belocated and installed to be commissionable and maintain-able.f. Opportunities for improved performance8.2.4 The Cx Provider CxA shall document and tr

    31、ackissues related to the BoD using the Cx issues and resolutionlog, including issues identified by the owner and members ofthe design team.8.2.5 The design team shall work with the owner and CxProvider CxA to resolve Cx issues.10.2.1 The Cx Provider CxA shall perform a review of thecommissioned syst

    32、ems and assemblies in the design docu-ments to evaluate compliance with the OPR. Design reviewshall be completed prior to the issuing of construction docu-ments for systems being commissioned. The OPR and the CxPlan shall define any sampling strategies for design review. . . . 10.3.1 The owner shall

    33、 approve the Cx Provider CxA docu-ment review report and the design teams response before thestart of construction.11.2.2 The Cx Provider CxA shall identify constructionsubmittals to be provided by the contractor for the systemsbeing commissioned.11.2.3 The Cx Provider CxA shall review the construct

    36、11.2.4 The designer shall consider the Cx Providers CxAscomments and provide direction to the contractor in accor-dance with the designers best professional judgment. A copyshall be provided to the Cx Provider CxA.11.2.5 In the event that the owner does not retain thedesigner for construction admini

    37、stration services, the ownershall do the following:a. Require the Cx Provider CxA to review the constructionsubmittals for the systems being commissioned concur-rently with the owner or owners representative and pro-vide comments to the owner or owner representative.b. Consider the Cx Providers CxAs

    38、 comments and providedirection to the contractor in accordance with the ownersbest professional judgment. A copy shall be provided tothe Cx Provider CxA. . . . 11.3.1 The Cx Provider CxA shall maintain a record of allCx submittal reviews and shall submit a written report to theowner and design autho

    39、rity. If it is determined that anyreviewed submittals do not comply with the OPR, that sub-mittal shall be provided to the owner to determine if the sys-tem or equipment shall be accepted or rejected.12.2.2 Checklists and test procedures with necessary reportforms shall be developed before equipment

    40、 or assemblyinstallation. All completed checklists and test reports shall beincluded in the final Cx Report.a. Project-specific construction checklists and Cx Testingprocedures shall be established for review by owner andappropriate team members.b. The test procedures shall list the entities respons

    41、ible forexecuting each of the tests.c. Whenever a test data result is required for a specific sys-tem or assembly, there shall be an item in the associatedconstruction checklist for the test data to be submitted tothe Cx Provider CxA.d. Sampling procedures shall be utilized if required anddefined in

    42、 the OPR, the Cx Plan, or the Cx Specifications. . . . 12.2.4 The Cx Provider CxA shall conduct a commission-ing kick-off and scoping meeting with the Cx Team to explainCx procedures and coordinate commissioning activities at thebeginning of the construction process and at other times asnecessary. .

    43、 . . 12.2.6 Executing Test Proceduresa. Once construction checklists and test procedures areestablished, the responsible entities shall execute relevanttest protocols and repeat testing as necessary until equip-ment, systems, or assemblies being tested pass all tests.b. The Cx Provider CxA directs,

    44、witnesses, and documentsthe tests conducted by the Cx Team as required by the CxPlan.c. Completed test reports shall be submitted to the projectteam for review and the Cx Provider CxA for Evaluation.13.2.1 The Cx Provider CxA and Cx Team shall develop aformal issues and resolutions log with supporti

    45、ng documenta-tion. 14.3.1 The contents of the preliminary systems manual,Sections 2 through 4, shall be reviewed and evaluated by theCx Provider CxA prior to training of operational and mainte-nance personnel and occupants in accordance with the OPR.15.3.1 The training plan, the execution of the tra

    46、ining plan,and the delivery of instruction shall be reviewed for accep-tance by the Cx Provider CxA and owner. The training planshall be submitted and accepted prior to the delivery of anyinstruction. Evaluation or survey of the participants shall beas defined in the OPR and contract documents.16.2.

    47、2 The seasonal, delayed, and incomplete testing offacility systems and assemblies shall be completed. The CxProvider CxA shall determine when the Cx Testing shall beperformed based on weather conditions, load conditions, oroccupant interactions that are required to complete the activi-ties for all s

    48、ystems and assemblies being commissioned.16.2.3 The general contractor or owner shall coordinatecontractor callbacks to resolve issues identified during the CxProcess and provide written documentation to the Cx Pro-vider CxA that the issues have been resolved and/or the ownerhas accepted the final c

    49、onditions.17.3 The final Cx Process progress report shall include thefollowing:1. Executive summary.2. Copy of the final Cx Process plans.3. Copy of design and submittals review reports.4. Completed copy of the approved supplier, contractor, andCx Provider CxA Evaluations, and Cx start-up and testforms, including those utilized during the occupancy andoperations activity.5. Copy of all Cx Progress Reports.6. Copy of all issue and resolution logs including thedescriptions of the issues and the measures taken to cor-rect them. A discussion of systems or as
