ANSI ASABE S613-3-2013 Tractors and self-propelled machinery for agriculture - Air quality systems for cabs - Part 3 Filters for environmental cab HVAC systems《农业用拖拉机和自推进机械.驾驶室用空气质.pdf

1、 ANSI/ASABE S613-3 JUN2013 Tractors and self-propelled machinery for agriculture Air quality systems for cabs Part 3: Filters for environmental cab HVAC systems American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers ASABE is a professional and technical organization, of members worldwide, who are

2、 dedicated to advancement of engineering applicable to agricultural, food, and biological systems. ASABE Standards are consensus documents developed and adopted by the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers to meet standardization needs within the scope of the Society; principally

3、 agricultural field equipment, farmstead equipment, structures, soil and water resource management, turf and landscape equipment, forest engineering, food and process engineering, electric power applications, plant and animal environment, and waste management. NOTE: ASABE Standards, Engineering Prac

4、tices, and Data are informational and advisory only. Their use by anyone engaged in industry or trade is entirely voluntary. The ASABE assumes no responsibility for results attributable to the application of ASABE Standards, Engineering Practices, and Data. Conformity does not ensure compliance with

5、 applicable ordinances, laws and regulations. Prospective users are responsible for protecting themselves against liability for infringement of patents. ASABE Standards, Engineering Practices, and Data initially approved prior to the society name change in July of 2005 are designated as “ASAE“, rega

6、rdless of the revision approval date. Newly developed Standards, Engineering Practices and Data approved after July of 2005 are designated as “ASABE“. Standards designated as “ANSI“ are American National Standards as are all ISO adoptions published by ASABE. Adoption as an American National Standard

7、 requires verification by ANSI that the requirements for due process, consensus, and other criteria for approval have been met by ASABE. Consensus is established when, in the judgment of the ANSI Board of Standards Review, substantial agreement has been reached by directly and materially affected in

8、terests. Substantial agreement means much more than a simple majority, but not necessarily unanimity. Consensus requires that all views and objections be considered, and that a concerted effort be made toward their resolution. CAUTION NOTICE: ASABE and ANSI standards may be revised or withdrawn at a

9、ny time. Additionally, procedures of ASABE require that action be taken periodically to reaffirm, revise, or withdraw each standard. 13、 as part of an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS). This document is intended to be a guide for engineers who are responsible for designs used in agricultural applications and for application specialists who are looking for a filter to be used when operating in a specific hazard

14、ous environment. Filter performance specifications for the cab and HVAC system will be a primary consideration in this part of the standard. These performance specifications may be used by cab designers and filter manufacturers to develop air purification devices that can be used in a specific HVAC

15、system for reduction of application specific air-borne contaminants as part of an OHSMS as defined in part 1. Note: In this standard the term “filter“ will be used to signify the air purifying device. 2 Normative References The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of

Record the time to breakthrough, time t min., or termination of the test. 4.11 Record pre

Report the results for each filter tested. 5 Calculations 5.1 Rated service life 5.1.1 The service life of the air purifying devic

Time begins from first exposure and capture of a pesticide in the filtering device and continues even when the device is not directly exposed to pesticides in other operations. W is the to

Tests recording less than 100 g/m3shall have T (time) calculated on a minimum value of 100 g/m3, which represents very high pesticide concentrations measured in agricultural app

24、each of the three tests shall be recorded. 6.1 Report the breakthrough time, in minutes, to 72 7.2 mg/m3(20 2 ppm). If the breakthrough concentration is not observed, report the breakthrough time as 30 minutes. 6.2 Report the air flow rate (m3/h), temperature (C) and relative humidity (%). 6.3 Recor

25、d the pressure drop across the filter at the beginning (4.6) and end of test (4.11). 6.4 Report the manufacturers part number, lot number, and any other number or designation that will identify the device. 6.5 Report the laboratory, test date, and laboratory test reference numbers. The test shall be

26、 signed by a certified laboratory technician. 7 Filter Identification and Instructions 7.1 Filters qualified by these tests shall include the following information: a) Trademark or identified supplier; b) Meets ASABE Standard S613-3 at the protection level the filter will provide; c) Test report num

27、ber. 7.2 Suppliers of the filter shall include such other information pertinent to the use and operation of the device. Information may include installation instructions, rated service life recommendations, and leak check procedures. Exclusion of the air purifying device to handle fumigants shall be

28、 noted in the information provided. 7.3 A log for the user to record information should be provided with each air purifying device Information to be recorded or provided shall include: a) Date of installation; b) A check list of seals and surfaces to inspect during installation (cab and filter); c)

29、Equipment hour meter reading when installed. Filter life is measured for the total time the filter is installed in a cab from the first hour meter reading until removed; d) Special operating procedures which will ensure cab pressurization at all times when pesticides are present.
