    9、, heat treatment, and suit- 3.4 DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION.- The bending machine shall be designed and constructed so that no parts Kill work loose in service. be built to withstand the strains, jars, vibrations, and other conditions incident to shipping, storage, installation, and service.     10、4.1 ADJUSTMENT AND REPAIRS.- The bending machine shall be constructed so that adjustments and repairs can be easily made by the personnel of operating units and overhaul basea without the use of special tools. 3.4.2 JELDNG, BRAZING, AND SOLDERINO.- Welding, brazing, and solderlng shall be performed

    11、in accordance with the best commercial practice. in no event shall welding, brazing, soldering, peening, or plug-g be used on castings or forgings for reclaiming any parts of the machines without authorization of the procuring activity. 3.b.3 CASTNGS.- All castins shall be of uniform quality, free f
