、n Teil 514: Kombinierte Torsions- und Biegeprfung This “Aerospace Series“ Prestandard has been drawn up under the responsibility of ASD-STAN (The AeroSpace and Defence Industries Association of Europe - Standardization). It is published for the needs of the European Aerospace Industry. It has been t
、echnically approved by the experts of the concerned Domain following member comments. Subsequent to the publication of this Prestandard, the technical content shall not be changed to an extent that interchangeability is affected, physically or functionally, without re-identification of the standard.
、 After examination and review by users and formal agreement of ASD-STAN, it will be submitted as a draft European Standard (prEN) to CEN (European Committee for Standardization) for formal vote and transformation to full European Standard (EN). The CEN national members have then to implement the EN

、cording to the product standard. If not yet at standard test conditions, the specimens shall be subjected to standard test conditions and stabilised at these conditions for 24 h as defined in EN 2591-100. Sample length typically 1,7 m unless otherwise stated. 4 Apparatus The apparatus shall comprise
、: Transmitted power monitoring (LLS and LDS) as defined in EN 2591-100; Fibre and cable attenuation test apparatus as defined in EN 3745-301; Mandrel, D diameter as specified in product standard; Mass specified in product standard; Tensile load, as specified in product standard; Test temperature (25
、 C unless otherwise stated); Sample length (1,7 m unless otherwise stated). The number of test cycles shall be specified in the product standard. 1) Published as ASD Prestandard at the date of publication of this standard.
