    21、eristicstobetakenintoaccountwhen establishingspecificationsforagivenapplication; toenablethesecharacteristicstoserveasabasisfordiscussionbetweentheenduserandthesupplier. ThisTechnicalSpecificationdoesnotcoverspecificrequirementswhichshouldbeexaminedseparatelywitha viewtoacommonagreementbetweentheend

ThementionofanumericalgroupfollowingthegroupoflettersdesignatingtheclassofviscosityaccordingtoISO 3448isnotmandatory. 3.4 Watermiscibleproducts IntheISO6743-8classification,th

    32、econcentratesintendedtobemixedwithwaterbytheendusertoformaqueous productsaredesignatedbyRB,RH,RPandRM.FortheRBandRHproducts,thedoublingofthesecondletter indicatesthattheproductexhibitswatersdisplacingproperties. Additionofviscosityclass,ISO3448,isnotseenasnecessary. 3.5 Plasticcompoundsandpasteprodu

    33、cts IntheISO6743-8classification,plasticcompoundsappliedasahotmeltaredesignatedbyRT,thepaste products,whichmaybeappliedeitherhotorcold,aredesignatedbyRK. ThementionofanumericalgroupdesignatingviscosityclassISO3448isnotnecessary.Forthegreaseproductsit ispossibletogivetheNLGIclass,definedbyISO6743-0,d

Thesecharacteristicsrelateto:ISO/TS12928:1999(E)3 thephysico-chemicalpropertiesoftheproduct(asdelivered); t
