Sean Williams adds, When we finally met, we went out to lunch and became firm friends. I thought Phil was fun, and we had similar interests. The next day, we

Then he realised, and I soon agreed, that there was a big opportunity to do independently what I was already doing for the bank. So he left his job and established Syscap.
