When you first computerized your office, you got a big boost in efficiency for a minimal investment. As the technology gets ever more sophisticated, you start to lose that increase

The remaining 90% of your money is spent trying to get that last 10% increase in efficiency. You have to analyze your business and decide if you ever get enough increase in efficiency to p

18、 automated phone system, you need to get a good one, with lots of options to answer client questions. The cost of such a system is high. The “whizkid“ (神童) suggested that you should really spend about $50,000 to get an adequate system. That is a lot of money for all but the largest operations. Sales
19、 pros tell us that “the customer is always right.“ If that is true, so is the idea that the customer is important to your business, and deserves your full attention.
