12、ns were necessary for the acceptance as Harmonization Document. The reference document, together with the common modifications prepared by the CENELEC Reporting Secretariat SR 28, was submitted to the CENELEC members for formal vote. The text of the draft was approved by CENELEC as HD 540.3 S1 on 5
13、March 1990. The following dates were fixed: - latest date of announcement of the HD at national level - latest date of publication of a new harmonized national standard - latest date of withdrawal of conflicting national standards (doa) 1990-09-01 (dop) 1992-04-01 (dow) 1992-04-01 For products which
14、 have complied with the relevant national standard before 1992-04-01, as shown by the manufacturer or by a certification body, this previous standard may continue to apply for production until 1997-04-01.
