12、280 SP February %O85 FOREWORD This Harmonization Docment has been prepared by the Secretariat of CEhTLEC Technical Cormittee 61 in accordance with the decisions taken by that committee during its meetings held in September 1983 in Zurich and in October 1985 in Athens. During the meeting held in Zuri
13、ch, the comments resulting from the Enquiry Procedure in the CENELEC member countries with regard to IEC Publication 342-1, second edition, 1981, including its Amendment No. 1 of August 1982, were discussed. It was decided %o cfrcuiate a draft Harmonization Document, which takes into account the res
14、dts of the discussions, for approval under the three months voting procedure. The result of the three months voting procedure being favourable, it was decided during the meeting held in Athens to publish the relevant document as HARMOKEATION DO=? in the countries indicated on the front page before S
15、eptember Ist, 1986, This latest date of publication was confirmed by the Technical Board during its meeting held in December 1985 in Zurich. During the latter meeting, the Technict?l Board decided also that conflicting non-harmonized national standards should be withdrawn before January Ist, 1988. T
16、his Harmonization Document should be used in conjunction with IEC Publication 342-9, second edition, 1981, including its Amendment No. 1 of August 1982, and with E6 Publication 335-1, second edition, 1976, as modified by HD 251 S3.
