14、ng its meetings held in February a979 in Frankfurt am Main, in October 1980 in Paris, in September $981 in Santa Margherita Ligure, in February 1984 in Brussels, in June 1984 in Oslo, in May 1985 in Copenhagen and in November 1986 En Nice. During the meeting held in Frankfurt am Main, the comments r
15、esul- ting from the Enquiry Procedure in the CENELEC member countries with regard to IEC Publication 335-2-27, first edition, 1978, were discussed. During the meetings held in Paris and in Santa Margherita, the %ex% was improved from an editorial point of view. During the meetings held in Brussels.
16、and in Oslo, an attempt was made to reduce the number of national deviations and it was decided to submit the resulting document to the public enquiry procedure in the countries of the CENELEC. During the meeting held in Copenhagen, the result of that public enquiry procedure was discussed and it wa
17、s decided to submit the final draft for approval under the three months voting procedure. The result of the three months voting procedure being favourable, it was decided during the meeting held in Nice to publish the rele- vant document as HARMONIZATION DOCUMENT in the countries indicated on the fr
18、ont page before January lst, 1988. This latest date .of publication was confirmed by the Technical Board during its meeting held in December 1986 in London. Wiring the latter meeting, the Technical Board decided also that conflac- ting non-harmonized national standards should be withdrawn before Jan
19、uary lst, 1989. This Harmonization Document should be used in conjunction with IEC Publication 335-2-27, first edition, 1978, and with IEC Publication 335-1, second edition, 1976, as modified by HD 251 S3. The justification for the common modifications to these publica- tions is mentioned in the las
