Attention is especially drawn to Annex X and Annex Y, which will be incorporated into HD 22.1 and HD 516 at a later date. The text of the draft was submitted to the Unique

The insulation shall be applied by extrusion. It may consist of one or two layers. All tests shall be app
21、lied to the complete insulation, which shall meet the requirements for Type EI 2. The insulation thickness shall comply with the specified value given in Part 3 Table V, column 2. Sheath The cores shall be covered with a sheath. The sheath shall be a cross-linked compound type EM 9, applied by extru
22、sion. The thickness of the sheath shall comply with the specified value given in Part 3, Table V, column 3. The sheath shall be capable of being removed without damage to the cores.
