Each member body interested in a subject for whicha technical committee has been established has the right to be representedon that committee. International orga

    6、nizations, governmental and non-governmental, in liaison with ISO, also take part in the work. ISOcollaborates closely with the International Electrotechnical Commission(IEC) on all matters of electrotechnical standardization.The main task of technical committees is to prepare InternationalStandards

    7、, but in exceptional circumstances a technical committee maypropose the publication of a Technical Report of one of the following types: type 1, when the required support cannot be obtained for thepublication of an International Standard, despite repeated efforts; type 2, when the subject is still u

    8、nder technical development or wherefor any other reason there is the future but not immediate possibility ofan agreement on an International Standard; type 3, when a technical committee has collected data of a differentkind from that which is normally published as an International Standard(“state of

    9、 the art”, for example).Technical Reports of types 1 and 2 are subject to review within three yearsof publication, to decide whether they can be transformed into InternationalStandards. Technical Reports of type 3 do not necessarily have to bereviewed until data they provide are considered to be no

Llaboration des Normes internationales est en

    12、 gnral confie auxcomits techniques de lISO. Chaque comit membre intress par unetude a le droit de faire partie du comit technique cr cet effet. Lesorganisations internationales, gouvernementales et non gouvernementales,en liaison avec lISO, participent galement aux travaux. LISO collaboretroitement

    13、avec la Commission lectrotechnique internationale (CEI) ence qui concerne la normalisation lectrotechnique.La tche principale des comits techniques est dlaborer les Normesinternationales. Exceptionnellement, un comit technique peut proposer lapublication dun rapport technique de lun des types suivan

    14、ts: type 1, lorsque, en dpit de maints efforts, laccord requis ne peut treralis en faveur de la publication dune Norme internationale; type 2, lorsque le sujet en question est encore en cours dedveloppement technique ou lorsque, pour toute autre raison, lapossibilit dun accord pour la publication du
