10、ciable level of porosity” after “dense asphalt” to read as follows. A suitable test site shall be outdoors and consist of a level concrete, dense asphalt with no appreciable level of porosity or similar hard material flat surface, free from snow, grass, loose soil, ashes or other sound-absorbing mat
