The work of preparing International Standards
9、 is normally carried out through ISO technical committees. Each member body interested in a subject for which a technical committee has been established has the right to be represented on that committee. International organizations, governmental and non-governmental, in liaison with ISO, also take p
10、art in the work. ISO collaborates closely with the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) on all matters of electrotechnical standardization. International Standards are drafted in accordance with the rules given in the ISO/IEC Directives, Part 2. The main task of technical committees is to
11、 prepare International Standards. Draft International Standards adopted by the technical committees are circulated to the member bodies for voting. Publication as an International Standard requires approval by at least 75 % of the member bodies casting a vote. Attention is drawn to the possibility t

The movable platen shall be guided in such a manner as to be self-aligning. The platens shall be capable
31、 of being loaded smoothly and without distortion so that, during the test, the static stress does not change by more than 5 % (see Figure 1). The two flat plates should be finely ground/polished. The distance between the upper plate and the reading device should be as short as possible. The zero set

The specimens shall be squarely cut and h

The side length shall be equal to or greater than the thickness. Dimensions used shall be as specified in the relevant product standard. In the absence of a produ

The tolerance on the parallelism between the two faces of the specimen shall not be greater than 0,5 % of its side length, with a maximum of 0,5 mm. If the speci

Where it is coated, no significant deformation should occur in the coating or it shall be taken into account by deducting the deformation of the coating. 6.2 Number of test specimens
37、 The number of specimens shall be as specified in the relevant product standard. If the number is not specified, then at least three specimens shall be used for each selected set of conditions. In the absence of a product standard or any other international or European technical specification, the n

Natural surface skins and any facings
39、 and/or coatings that form an integral part of the product shall be retained. NOTE Special methods of preparation, when needed, are given in the relevant product standard or any other international or European technical specification. 6.4 Conditioning of test specimens The specimens shall be conditi

43、procedure 7.2.1 Measure the length and width of each specimen to an accuracy of 0,5 %, in accordance with ISO 29768. These dimensions are used for calculating the initial area of the cross-section of the specimen for determining the load. The test shall be carried out with one of the three different

Measure the thickness, d s , of each specimen after conditioning in accordance with ISO 29768, to an accuracy of 0,

Determine the thickness, d 1 , of the specimen aft

Determine the thickness, d 2 , of the specimen after the selected time at the test temperature under the
