、EEE Std C135.61.3Pulling hardware used in the application of the load shall be dimensionally in accordance with Figure 2 of IEEE Std C135.61. Pins or bolts normally furnished with the hardware shall be used during all tests. 6. Corrosion protection Anchor shackle bodies, pins or bolts and nuts shall
、 be zinc coated. The coating shall be applied by: The hot-dip process in accordance with the Standard Specification for Zinc Coated (Hot-Dip) on Iron and Steel Hardware, ASTM A153/A153M-05, or Any other method producing a zinc coating that meets the requirements of ASTM A153/A153M-05 for adhesion, p

Finish All anchor shackles shall be uniform in quality and condition, and shall be free of burrs, sharp edges, c
、racks, seams, laps, slivers, rolled-in-scale and fissures. 8. Marking of shipped packages Each package of anchor shackles shall be marked with the type number and the designation BNC/BNK or pin (i.e., “Type 3-Pin” or “Type 5-BNC/BNK”), as well as the manufacturers name and catalogue number. 9. Appli
、cation notes If the anchor shackle is attached to a rigid tower plate and loaded at an angle other than perpendicular to the pin or bolt axis, a bolt, nut and cotter key is recommended over the pin and cotter key in order to achieve full mechanical load rating. The attachment plates should be chamfered with holes of proper clearance to accommodate shackle bolts or pins to be inserted easily by hand. 3Information on references can be found in Clause 2. 4SAE 304SS/UNS30400 is a designation of a type of stainless steel.
