41、of Imaging EquipmentAmendment 1. This amendment is intended to harmonize one criterion (4.6.2.1) with the approach being taken in other IEEE 1680 standards and to revise one sentence in two optional criteria (4.9.3.2 and 4.9.3.3) to allow for manufacturers to declare the criterion differently in different countries. These criteria as written in IEEE Std 1680.2 appear to be a barrier for uptake of the standard beyond North America.
