Chemical Composition5.1 The material shall conform to the requirements as tochemical composition prescribed in Table 2.5.2 If a product (check) analysis is performed by thepurchaser, the material shall conform to the product (check)analysis variations prescr

    24、ibed in Specification B880.6. Heat Treatment6.1 Material of N06674 shall be solution annealed aftercold-working or hot-working by heating to 2150F (1175C)minimum, followed by quenching in water or rapidly coolingby other means.7. Mechanical Properties and Other Requirements7.1 Mechanical PropertiesT

    25、he material shall conform tothe mechanical properties prescribed in Table 3.7.2 Deep Drawing and Spinning Quality Sheet and StripThe material shall conform to the grain size and hardnessrequirements as prescribed in Table 4.7.2.1 The mechanical properties of Table 3 do not apply todeep drawing and s

    26、pinning quality sheet and strip.7.3 Grain SizeExcept as prescribed in 7.2, the grain sizefor N06674 shall be 7 or coarser, as determined in accordancewith Test Methods E112.8. Dimensions and Permissible Variations8.1 Thickness and Weight:8.1.1 PlateFor plate up to 2 in. (50.8 mm), inclusive, inthick

    27、ness, the permissible variation under the specified thick-ness and permissible excess in overweight shall not exceed theamounts prescribed in Table 5.8.1.1.1 For use with Table 5, plate shall be assumed toweigh 0.304 lb/in.3(8.415 g/cm3).8.1.2 PlateFor plate over 2 in.
