34、relled delivery spools for winding wires. 2 Normative references The following standards contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this section of IEC 264-4. At the time of publication, the edition indicated was valid. All standards are subject to revision, a
35、nd parties to agreements based on this section of IEC 264-4 are encouraged to investigate the possibility of applying the most recent editions of the standards indicated below. Section 4: Basic dimensions of containers for taper barrelled delivery spools. 3 General notes on methods of test Unless otherwise specified, all tests shall be carried out within a range from 15 OC to 35 OC and a relative humidity from 45 % to 75
37、%. In case of dispute, the containers shall be pre-conditioned at a temperature of (23 f 2) OC for 24 h. 4 Container irregularitles The surface, colour and construction shall be visually inspected. 5 Contalner marking The container marking shall be visually inspected. 6 Container mass The mass of th
38、e container shall be controlled by an apparatus having a scale which can indicate the specified weight and tolerance. 39、ure leve Le conteneur doit tre conditionn pendant une dure de 2 h dans une tuve ventilation force la temprature prcise dans la feuille de spcification dont relve le produit. On laisse refroidir le conteneur a la temprature ambiante avant de raliser les mesures dimensionnelles comme il est prcis lart
40、icle 7. 9 Rsistance lhumidit Le conteneur doit tre conditionn pendant une dure de 24 h dans de leau la temp- rature de (30 f 3) OC. Aprs sortie de leau, raliser les mesures dimensionnelles comme il est prcis larticle 7. 10 Rsistance sous charge 10.1 A la temprature ambiante Aprs conditionnement du c
41、onteneur pendant une dure minimale de 24 h la tempra- ture de (20 f 5) OC, il est mis sous charge pendant 72 h comme montr en figure I. La charge est donne dans la spcification dont relve le produit. La surface de la charge doit tre unie et son diamtre minimal est la cote d, de la CE1 264-3-4. Aprs
42、enlvement de la charge, raliser les mesures dimensionnelles comme il est prcis larticle 7. 10.2 A temprature leve Le conteneur doit tre charg comme indiqu en 10.1 et chauff comme montr en figure 1. La temprature maximale de surface lintrieur de langle a et la distance Na. sont donnes dans la spcific
43、ation dont relve le produit. Aprs que la temprature de surface spcifie a t atteinte, elle est maintenue pendant 8 h. 44、74 743 m 264-4-2 O IEC -11 - 7 Container dimensions The container dimensions shall be checked using suitable measuring instruments. 8 High temperature test The container shall be conditioned for a period of 2 h in an oven with forced air circulation at a temperature specified in the relevant specifi
45、cation. The container shall be allowed to cool to room temperature before the dimensional checks as specified in clause 7 are carried out. 9 Moisture test The container shall be conditioned for a period of 24 h in water of a temperature of (30 f 3) OC. After removal from the water the dimensional ch
46、ecks as specified in clause 7 shall be carried out. 10 Load resistance test 1 O. 1 After conditioning for a minimum of 24 h at a temperature of (20 f 5) OC, the container shall be loaded for 72 h as shown in figure 1. The load shall be specified in the relevant specification. At room temperature The
47、 load shall have a smooth surface and shall have a minimum diameter as given for the relevant size , in IEC 264-3-4. After the load has been removed, the dimensional checks as specified in clause 7 shall be carried out. 10.2 At elevated temperature The container shall be loaded according to 10.1 and
48、 then heated as illustrated in figure 1. The maximum surface temperature within the angle a and the distance a shall be specified in the relevant specification. After the specified surface temperature has been reached, the container shall be maintained at this temperature for 8 h. Then the lamps shall be switched off and the container shall be cooled down under load to room temperature. After the load has been removed the container shall be checked for deformation.
