11、ible un accord international sur les sujets examins. 2) Ces dcisions constituent des recommandations internationales et sont agres comme telles par les Comits nationaux. 3) Dans le but dencourager lunification internationale, la CE1 exprime le vu que tous les Comits nationaux adoptent dans leurs rgl
12、es nationales le texte de la recommandation de la CEI, dans la mesure O les conditions nationales le permettent. Toute divergence entre la recommandation de la CE I et la rgle nationale correspondante doit, dans la mesure du possible, tre indique en termes clairs dans cette dernire. PRFACE Ce chapit
13、re est une rvision de la partie relative aux tubes lectroniques du Groupe 07 - Electronique - de la Publication 50 (2E dition) de la CE1 : Vocabulaire Electrotechnique International. I1 contient environ 570 termes et porte, selon la nouvelle classification, le numro 531. Comme il est bien prcis dans
14、 lintroduction de ce chapitre, les termes du Groupe 07 de la Publication 50 concernant des concepts gnraux, ou les dispositifs semiconducteurs et circuits intgrs, ou loptique lectronique, seront repris respec- tivement dans les chapitres 101 et suivants, 151 et suivants, ou dans le chapitre 521, ou
15、dans le chapitre 871. Ce chapitre 531 a t prpar par le Groupe de Travail no 1 du Comit dEtudes no 39: Tubes lectroniques. Un premier projet, trs soigneusement tabli par le Comit national nerlandais, a t prsent au Comit dEtudes no 39 en 1965 lors de sa runion Tokyo. Le Groupe de Travail no 1 fut alor
16、s form et tint de nombreuses runions de travail une deux fois par an, de 1966 1971, en Italie, en France, en Allemagne, aux Pays-Bas, au Royaume-Uni et aux Etats-Unis dAmrique. Des projets, rfrencs comme documents 39(Secrtariat)l74, 174 A 174 D, furent successivement labors en tenant compte avec soi
17、n des observations des Comits nationaux auxquels ils furent rgulirement soumis. Ils ont abouti ltablissement du projet dfinitif - document 1WEI 531) (Bureau Central)1031- qui fut soumis aux Comits nationaux pour approbation suivant la Rgle des Six Mois, en dcembre 1971. 20、 therein are represented, express, as nearly as possible, an international consensus of opinion on the subjects dealt with. 2) They have the form of recommendations for international use and they are accepted by the National Committees in that ,3) In order to promote international unification, the I
21、EC expresses the wish that all National Committees should adopt the text of the IEC recommendation for their national rules in so far as national conditions will permit. Any divergence between the IEC recommendation and the corresponding national rules should, as far as possible, be clearly indicate
22、d in the latter. sense. PREFA-CE This chapter is a revision of the part relating to the Electronic Tubes of Group 07, Electronics, of the IEC Publication 50 (2nd edition). It contains about 570 terms and bears the number 531 according to the new classification. As described in the introduction of th
23、is chapter, the terms of the Group 07 of the Publication 50 covering general concepts, of semiconductor devices and integrated circuits, and electronic optics, will be included respectively in Chapters 101 and its series, 151 and its series, or in either Chapter 521 or 871. This Chapter 531 has been
24、 drafted by Working Group No. 1 of Technical Committee 39, Electronic Tubes. An initial draft, prepared by the Netherlands National Committee, was submitted to the Technical Committee 39 in 1965 at its Tokyo meeting. Whereupon, Working Group No. 1 was set up and sat once or twice yearly from 1966 to
25、 1971 in Italy, France, Germany, Netherlands, United Kingdom, United States of America. Drafts, referenced as documents 39(Secretariat) 174, 174A to 174D, were drawn up successively taking into account the comments made by the National Committees to which they were regularly submitted. The outcome w
26、as the preparation of the final draft, document l(IEV-531)(Central Office)1031, which was submitted for approval to the National Committees, in accordance with the Six Months Rule, in December 1971. 29、s trois premiers chiffres indiquent le numro du chapitre, soit 531. Dautre part, suivant les nouvelles rgles de numro- tation, les deux chiffres suivants reprent la section et les deux derniers permettent didentifier le terme. On ajug utile de diviser le document en quatre ( sections principales , c
30、omme lindique le sommaire, afin que les diverses sections soient groupes de faon claire. I1 faut remarquer que le titre de chaque section a t rpt sur chaque page pour indiquer clairement lutilisateur quel est le domaine dapplication dun terme particulier (par exemple: ( tubes mmoire ). Lorsque deux
31、termes figurent sur la mme ligne ou sont spars par un point-virgule, ils sont consi- drs comme tant dusage quivalent, tandis que lorsquils sont indiqus sur deux lignes, le premier est considr comme prfrentiel. Termes exclus Le chapitre 07 tait intitul ( Electronique D tandis que ce document ne conce

En consquence, tous les termes concernant des concepts giiraux, tels que ( constitution de la matire , ( lectrons et matire , ( luminescence , etc., ont t exclus : seul un petit nombre dentre eux a t conserv lorsque cela semblait ncessaire. De tels termes figureron

Finalement, des termes et dfinitions concernant les tubes pour hyperfrquences ont t inclus en tenant compte de leur rvision lorsquils ont t jugs dutilisation suffisamment gn
36、rale, tant entendu que lorsque la Publication 235-1 sera dans un tat plus stable, le CE 1 pourra dcider dinclure dans ce document du V.E.I. des termes plus spcialiss, ou la publication tout entire. - IX - INTERNATIONAL ELECTROTECHNICAL VOCABULARY CHAPTER 531: ELECTRONIC TUBES INTRODUCTION Numbering,
37、 classification and presentation In the new numbering system now used for I.E.V. chapters, the first three digits give the number of the chapter, i.e. 531. Then, according to the new rules for numbering, the next two digits refer to the section and the last two digits identify the term. It was thoug
38、ht useful to divide the document into four “maiii sections” as shown in the contents SO that the various sections are grouped more clearly. It should be noted that the title of each section lias been repeated on every page to indicate clearly, to the user, the field of a given term (e.g. “storage tu
39、bes”). When two terms are indicated on the same line and/or separated by a semi-colon, they are con- sidered as being on equal level of use, whereas when they are given on two lines, the first one is considered preferred. Excluded terms Chapter 07 was entitled “Electronics”, whereas this document de
40、als only with “Electronic Tubes”. Therefore, all terms relating to general concepts, such as “constitution of matter”, “electrons and matter”, “luminescence”, etc., have been excluded: a few have been retained when this appeared necessary. Such terms will be introduced in chapters on physics or gene
41、ral definitions (Chapters 101 and series, Chapters 151 and series, now being revised). For the same reason, terms on semiconductor devices and integrated circuits, as well as those on electronic optics, will be inserted respectively in Chapters 521 and 871. Terms and definitions for microwave tubes
42、At the suggestion of the Working Group, TC 39 asked ACET and the Committee of Action to include in this document a reference to Publication 235-1, Measurement of the Electrical Properties of Microwave Tubes, Part 1 : Terminology, which was then under revision by SC 39A, Microwave Tubes. Some terms and definitions on microwave tubes have been included as revised when they were thought of sufficiently general use, it being understood that when Publication 235-1 is in a more complete state, TC 1 may decide to include more specialized terms, or the whole publication, in this I.E.V. document.
