30、 hat sich in der Fahr-zeugentwicklung und den Ansprchen der Nutzerviel verndert. Der Schwerpunkt Hygiene“ und Be-drfnisse an die Luftqualitt im Fahrzeuginnenraumhaben sich als wichtige Zielgren bei der Planung,dem Einbau und der Wartung von Lftungstechnik inFahrzeugen etabliert.Der VDI trgt dieser E
31、ntwicklung Rechnung, indemdie Richtlinie VDI 6032, dem Vorbild der Richtlini-enreihe VDI 6022 folgend, zuknftig als Blatt 1,Blatt 2 und Blatt 3 verffentlicht wird. Von einer In-tegration in die Richtlinienreihe VDI 6022 wurde imZuge des Einspruchsverfahrens zum vorliegendenBlatt der Richtlinie Absta
32、nd genommen. Die Richtli-nie beschreibt die Planungsgrundlagen, die Betriebs-bedingungen und die Manahmen zur Wartung freinen unter gesundheitlichen Aspekten nicht belas-tenden Betrieb von Lftungsanlagen in Fahrzeugen.Den verschiedenen Anforderungen und Randbedin-gungen der Fahrzeugtypen sowie unter
33、schiedlichenUmweltbelastungen wird durch entsprechende Fach-abschnitte Rechnung getragen. Sie beschreibt denderzeitigen Stand der Technik bezglich der Hygie-nebedingungen in Lftungsanlagen fr unterschiedli-che Fahrzeuge.Entgegen der bisherigen VDI 6032 werden in diesemBlatt der Richtlinie nur die An
34、forderungen an dieLftungstechnik behandelt. In einem weiteren Blattder Richtlinienreihe sollen Beurteilungsmastbe frdie Raumluftqualitt in Fahrzeugen dargestellt unddamit die notwendige Ergnzung zu dieser Richtlinieerbracht sowie die notwendige Erweiterung zur aktu-ellen VDI 6022 Blatt 3 von ortsfes
35、ten Rumen (inGebuden) hin zu nicht ortsfesten Innenrumen be-reitgestellt werden.1 AnwendungsbereichDiese Richtlinie gilt fr Lftungsanlagen und Kom-ponenten zur Luftbehandlung in Fahrzeugen, die dieZuluftqualitt in den Fahrzeuginnenraum beeinflus-sen. Sie wendet sich an Entwickler, Planer, Konstrukte
36、ure,Gerte- und Komponentenhersteller, Aufsichtsbehr-den und berwachungseinrichtungen, Betreiber, Nut-zer und mit der Wartung betraute Einrichtungen.Nicht zuletzt sind auch die Betriebsrzte und dieDGUV fr die in Fahrzeugen Beschftigten ange-sprochen.Es werden die Anforderungen an Planung, Ausfh-rung,

The “hygiene” focus andrequirements regarding vehicle indoor-air qualityhave become established as important target param
38、e-ters in the planning, installation and maintenance ofventilation components in vehicles.Taking account of this development, the VDI will inthe future publish the standard VDI 6032 as Part 1,Part 2 and Part 3, thus modelling it on the series ofstandards VDI 6022. The idea of integrating this partof
39、 the standard in the series of standards VDI 6022was dismissed in the course of the associated opposi-tion proceedings. The standard describes the plan-ning criteria, the operating conditions and the main-tenance measures for an operation of ventilation sys-tems in vehicles which will not have negat
40、ive impactson health. The various requirements and basic condi-tions of the vehicle types and various environmentalimpacts are considered in the pertinent sections. Thestandard describes the state of the art in terms of thehygiene conditions in ventilation systems for differ-ent types of vehicles.Co
41、ntrary to the previous edition of VDI 6032, thispart of the standard deals exclusively with the re-quirements regarding ventilation components. A fur-ther part of the series of standards will be dedicated tocriteria for assessing the indoor-air quality in vehiclesso as to provide the necessary compl
42、ement to thisstandard and the necessary extension of the presentcontents of VDI 6022 Part 3 from stationary rooms(in buildings) to non-stationary interiors. 1ScopeThis standard is applicable to ventilation systems andair-handling components in vehicles, which influencethe supply-air quality into the

The target group of this standard includes developers,planners, designers, device and component manufac-turers, supervisory authorities and monitoring bodies,operators, users and maintenance providers. 45、sseldorf 20154 VDI 6032 Blatt 1 / Part 1liert sowie Manahmen aufgezeigt, um bei bestim-mungsgemem Betrieb einen hygienisch einwand-freien Zustand nach dem Stand der Technik sicherzu-stellen.Fr Lftungsanlagen im Bestand gilt ein Bestands-schutz, solange von den Anlagen keine Gefahren be-zglich der Hy
46、giene (Manahmen, die der Verhtungvon Krankheiten und der Erhaltung und Festigungder Gesundheit dienen) ausgehen. Bestandsanlagensind dabei alle Anlagen, deren Konzeptphase(Lftungstechnik) vor Verffentlichung dieserRichtlinie begann. Fr Fahrzeuge, die aufgrund ih-res Baujahres nicht den konstruktiven
47、 Forderungendieser Richtlinie entsprechen, sind die Wartungs- undPrfintervalle unter Bercksichtigung der techni-schen und organisatorischen Mglichkeiten anzupas-sen. Darber hinausgehende Forderungen, z.B. durchdie Berufsgenossenschaften, sind zu beachten. Im In-teresse einer dauerhaften Sicherstellu
48、ng der Hygiene-qualitt sind dazu die Inhalte der Hygienekontrollenund Hygieneinspektionen anlagenspezifisch zu inte-grieren. Bei einem kritischen Befund sind notwendige Ma-nahmen sofort einzuleiten.Fahrzeuge im Sinne dieser Richtlinie sind: Personenkraftwagen (Pkw), Lastkraftwagen (Lkw) und Busse (K
