15、 DELIVERY, STORAGE AND HANDLING A. Notify the Contracting Officers Representative of the delivery schedule in advance so the plant material may be inspected upon arrival at the job site. Remove unacceptable plant and landscape materials from the job site immediately. B. Deliver packaged materials in
16、 original, unopened containers showing weight, certified analysis, name and address of manufacturer, and indication of conformance with state and federal laws, as applicable. Keep seed and other packaged materials in dry storage away from contaminants. C. Bulk Materials: 1. Do not dump or store bulk
17、 materials near structures, utilities, walkways and pavements, or on existing turf areas or plants. Keep bulk materials in dry storage away from contaminants. 2. Provide erosion control measures to prevent erosion or displacement of bulk materials, discharge of soil-bearing water runoff, and airborn
18、e dust reaching adjacent properties, water conveyance systems, or walkways. 3. Accompany each delivery of / bulk fertilizers / lime / and / soil amendments / with appropriate certificates. D.
