26、mmittee TR45.The purpose of this standard is to enable separate telecommunications elements to pro-vide compatible interconnecting equipment and signaling.To accomplish this purpose, this standard provides signaling protocol requirements forinterfaces that interconnect a switching system in a Wirele
27、ss Carrier network with aswitching system in another network (i.e., Exchange Carrier (EC), Interexchange Car-rier (IC), International Carrier (INC), Consolidated Carrier or other carrier network).Within the context of this standard, a Wireless Carrier network can provide the capa-bilities available
