1、 Errata Alert TSB-179 The published version of TSB-179 Total “Antenna System” Return Loss Measurements, contains technical errors and omissions. The following problems have been identified: Figures 2 and 3 of Section 4.4 each contain an error. These figures are screenshots of the System Return Loss
2、Spreadsheet Calculator. In each of the screenshots, a hard coded value of “6.00” was entered for the “Main Feed Line Return Loss” instead of the correct automatically calculated value. Fortunately, in both figures this value did not affect additional calculations in the sheet. However, it could stil
3、l be a source of confusion for those using the document. It is suggested that the figures below be used instead. The formulating group is currently balloting the necessary changes to the document, and an addendum will be published as soon as possible.
