THERE SHALL BE NO EVIDENCE OF CRACKING OF THE OUTER JACKET.4.4 BLOCKING. TESTING SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH AS4373 TEST METHOD 808. JACKET

    25、MATERIAL SHALL NOT STICK TOGETHER OR TO THE METAL MADREL WHEN SUBJECTED TO THIS TESTING.4.5 FLAMMABILITY. TESTING SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH AS4373 TEST METHOD 801. THE CABLE SHALL NOT BURN MORE THAN 30 SECONDS OR TRAVEL MORE THAN 3.0 INCHES AFTER THE FLAME IS REMOVED.4.6 LAMINATION SEALING (SEE NO

    26、TE 6.3). SHALL BE TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH AS4373 TEST METHOD 809 IF APPLICABLE. WRAPPED JACKET MATERIAL SHALL NOT EXHIBIT ANY SEPARATION OF THE LAYERS.4.7 CORNER BEND (SEE NOTE 6.3)THE CABLE SHALL BE BENT AROUND A TEST SURFACE CONSISTING OF A 90 DEGREE CORNER WITH A RADIUS 5 TIMES THE CABLE OUTER

    27、DIAMETER (ROUNDED TO THE NEXT HIGHEST MILLIMETER). THE CABLE UNDER TEST SHALL BE SECURED TO THE TEST SURFACE AND A FORCE OF 132 NEWTONS SHALL BE APPLIED TO ONE END OF THE CABLE FOR ONE MINUTE. THE CABLE WILL BE VISUALLY INSPECTED WITH TEN-POWER MAGNIFICATION. ELECTRICAL PERFORMANCE SHALL BE MEASURED

    28、 AFTER ONE MINUTE OF LOADING AND UNLOADING. THE CABLE SHALL MEET THE ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS SPECIFIED HEREIN AFTER LOADING AND UNLOADING.4.8 MANDREL WRAP (SEE NOTE 6.3)A TEST SAMPLE OF CABLE WITH A MINIMUM LENGTH AS SPECIFIED BELOW FOR EACH WIRE GAUGE SHALL BE WRAPPED 360DEGREES AROUND A MANDREL WH

    29、OSE DIAMETER IS 10 TIMES THE CABLE OUTER DIAMETER. THE TEST SAMPLE SHALL HAVE 30 CONCENTRIC WRAPS. THE CABLE SHALL MEET THE ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS OF 3.5, 3.6, 3.7 AND 3.10 AS SPECIFIED HEREIN WHILE WRAPPED.22 AWG - 81 FEET24 AWG - 65 FEET26 AWG - 50 FEETAEROSPACE STANDARD AS6070/8SHEET 5 OF 5CABLE
