22、ements of 3.3.2.1 and 3.3.2.23.3.2.1 Electrical ConductivityConductivity shall be not lower than 38 % IACS (International Annealed Copper Standard) (22.0 MS/m), determined on the plate surface. If between 35-38% the IACS is acceptable if the SCC test meets the requirements of 3.3.4.SAE AMS4410 Page
23、4 of 63.3.2.2 Plate not meeting the requirements of 3.3.2.1 shall be given additional precipitation heat treatment or reheat treated. After such treatment, if all specified property requirements are met, the plate is acceptable.3.3.3 Exfoliation Corrosion TestSpecimens shall not exhibit exfoliation
24、corrosion on a T/10 plane greater than that illustrated by Photo B, Figure 2 of ASTM G34.3.3.4 Stress-Corrosion Cracking TestStress corrosion testing: When specified, specimens tested in accordance with ASTM G 47, shall show no evidence of stress corrosion cracking when stressed in the short-transve
25、rse direction at 35 ksi (241 MPa).3.3.5 Fracture ToughnessSpecimens shall be tested in accordance with ASTM B 645, and shall meet the requirements for KIcor KQspecified in Table 3. For T-L and L-T test directions on plate 2 inches (51 mm) and under in nominal thickness, use full thickness specimens,

Purchaser reserves the right to sample and to perform any confirmatory testing deemed necessary to ensure that the product conforms to specified requirements.4.2 Cl
33、assification of Tests4.2.1 Acceptance TestsFracture toughness (3.3.5), composition (3.1), short transverse, long-transverse and longitudinal tensile properties (3.3.1), corrosion resistance (3.3.2), ultrasonic inspection (3.4.1), dimensional tolerances (3.5); and conductivity testing (3.3.2.1)are ac
34、ceptance tests and, except for composition, shall be conducted on each lot.4.2.2 Periodic TestsStress corrosion cracking (3.3.4) and exfoliation corrosion testing (3.3.3) are periodic tests and shall be performed at a frequency selected by the vendor, unless, frequency of testing is specified by pur
35、chaser.4.3 Sampling and TestingShall be in accordance with AMS 2355 and the following.4.3.1 Tensile specimens shall be taken with the axis of specimens in the long transverse, longitudinal and short transverse directions. 4.4 ReportsThe vendor of the product shall furnish with each shipment a report
36、 stating that the product conforms to the composition, tolerances and ultrasonic inspection; and showing the numerical results of tests on each inspection lot to determine conformance to the other acceptance test requirements and to the periodic tests, if performed. This report shall include the pur
37、chase order number, inspection lot number(s), AMS 4410, size and quantity. The report shall also identify the producer, product form, and the mill produced size.4.5 Resampling and RetestingShall be in accordance with AMS 2355.5. PREPARATION FOR DELIVERY5.1 IdentificationShall be in accordance with A
