2、ensure that the markings do: 1. not reduce the wall thickness to less than the minimum value for the pipe. 2. not provide leakage channels when elastomeric gasket compression fittings are used to make the joints. The indented print line should be in a color that contrasts with that of the pipe, or a separate print line should be in a color that contrasts with the pipe.
